Description of the malleable iron elbow
Malleable cast iron pipe elbow processing production adopt the
equipments from DISA Denmark DJ AMF Japan ,SINTOKOGIO automatic
production line to guarantee the quality of the products;
The cast iron samples are used to test its material’s quality by
using spectrometer from Oxford Instruments;
Using high calorific value of natural gas annealing
furnace,manipulate the annealing process rigorously,improve the
physical properties of the materials;
The final casting fittings are made of close-grained,
high strength, impeccable steel & plate scrap.
Since quality of the steel is the outset of excellent quality
fittings; Our accurate threads are complied with strict standard
,such as AME,EN,BS,DIN etc.
