2. The material’s quality of the cast steel sample needs to be examined by Oxford Instruments’s.
   
3. High heat value natural gas annealing oven will be applied to control the annealing operation and raise the material’s physical performance.
   
4. After air-tightness test,each bushing will be in the condition of no leakage.
   
5. We can strictly control the calibre,parallelism, angle and tooth type of the thread for every pipe fitting flange,because all of them need to pass the plug gauge test.

What’s the different of ductile iron , gray iron and malleable cast iron ?

1. The characteristic of ductile iron is very tough, graphite is in the form of a ball.

2.The feature of gray iron is very brittle , graphite is in the form of strip.

3.The particularity of malleable cast iron is graphite is a group of flocculent tiles.

So the ductile iron is hardest , malleable cast iron is harder than gray iron.
