quality of malleable iron samples.
Higher heating value gas annealing furnace was assembled in
product-line to improve material physical characteristics.
In order to improve material physical characteristics ,we set a
higher heating value gas furnace to control the annealing process
strictly .
we use close-grained, high strength, impeccable steel & plate scrap
as the raw material, because the quality of the steel is the
starting point of the fittings of excellent quality.
Outlet size of pipe fitting is from 1/8”to 8” .
To make sure the long time using life ,it is necessary to keep good
toughness .
No any and hole discovered on surface
