We have 26 steps of process during producing the products ,over 6 steps of checking .

Firstly : Checking the scrap steel , the wP content should not be very high , the wP in malleable cast iron

should be lower than 0.1% . If it is very high , the malleable cast iron will break easily .

Secondly: Examing roughcast

Thirdly: Checked the cooked rough

Fourth: Destructive testing

Fifth: hot galvanized testing

Sixth: check the products

We do this just to make sure the quality of the products are good .

Blast-Furnace smelting + electric furnace adjustment duplex smelting technology, 48 hours – 3 sections –electric annealing technology, comprehensively ensure our products’ quality to be the best .

Take “six check + two inspect +one examine” measures, using Germany made FOUNDRY-MASTER Xline to check each pack of liquid iron’s chemical composition , ensure low defect rate and stable product quality .
